San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, the "legendary" former speaker of the California Assembly,  joins with Assemblyman Bill Leonard as the Blues Brothers .   Leonard was the Assembly Republican Leader.  Held at the Hard Rock Cafe in Sacramento, the event was a fund raiser for the Western Political Action Conference, and raised more money than any other Republican Legislative event either before or since.
